Our intro offer is 3 days for $19.95. It gives you a chance to try Forge, meet the coaches, experience the training and see if the gym is right for you.
Sessions are capped at 12 people max. This keeps the training focused, supportive and personal.
No. Forge is suitable for beginners and experienced lifters. The coaches will help you start at the right level and adjust movements where needed.
Forge focuses on small-group strength and conditioning, boxing technique and mobility/stretch sessions. The goal is to help you build strength, confidence and consistency.
After your trial, we can talk you through the best next step. Our main membership is $90/week, with no lock-in contract, no minimum term and no joining fee. Student memberships are also available.
Yes. Sessions should be booked in advance so we can manage numbers and keep each session capped at 12 people.
Bring comfortable training clothes, a water bottle and a towel. For boxing sessions, bring your own boxing gloves if required.
You can still contact us, but please let us know about any injuries before starting. The coaches can help adjust training where appropriate, but medical clearance may be needed depending on the injury.
