Everything you need to know
We are open:
- Monday to Friday: 5:30am – 7:30pm
- Saturday: 7:00am – 12:00pm
- Sunday: 8:00am – 11:00am
Absolutely not! All of our classes are scalable to any fitness level. Our coaches will modify exercises to suit your current ability and help you progress at your own pace.
Just bring:
- Comfortable workout clothes
- A water bottle
- A towel
We have all the equipment you need. If you have your own lifting shoes or skipping rope, feel free to bring those too.
We offer a range of membership options to suit different needs and budgets. Visit our Sign Up page or contact us to discuss the best option for you.
We also offer a 2-week trial for $50 — the perfect way to experience Forge Gym!
There is street parking available on Abercrombie Street and surrounding streets. The gym is also easily accessible by public transport, with Redfern Station a short walk away.
Yes! We offer one-on-one personal training sessions with our experienced coaches. Contact us to discuss your goals and we'll match you with the right coach.
Yes, we offer membership freezes for holidays, injuries, or other circumstances. Contact us to arrange a freeze on your membership.
We have a fully equipped strength and conditioning facility including:

You can cancel your membership by contacting us directly. We require 30 days notice for cancellations.
