Tim is the founder and head coach of Forge Gym. With extensive experience in strength and conditioning, Tim is dedicated to helping every member achieve their fitness goals in a supportive, community-driven environment.

Bayley came to strength training from a competitive dance background, which gave her a strong mind-body connection that still shapes how she coaches. Since qualifying in 2020 she's coached across group and one-on-one settings, focused on building a safe, welcoming space where people of all backgrounds can learn, adapt and grow.

Anna is dedicated to making training accessible for everyone, from first-timers to experienced athletes. Her coaching style blends technical precision with encouragement, creating an environment where members feel supported and challenged.
