Bayley came to strength training from a competitive dance background, which gave her a strong mind-body connection that still shapes how she coaches. Since qualifying in 2020 she's coached across group and one-on-one settings, focused on building a safe, welcoming space where people of all backgrounds can learn, adapt and grow.
Anna is dedicated to making training accessible for everyone, from first-timers to experienced athletes. Her coaching style blends technical precision with encouragement, creating an environment where members feel supported and challenged.
Bugrahan specialises in strength and conditioning with a focus on Olympic weightlifting technique. His methodical approach to coaching helps members develop proper form and progressively build power and athleticism.
